Stansted Airport

Our project at Stansted Airport involved extensive stripping out of asbestos in a contaminated air terminal on the air-side boundary of this major airport.

Many areas were cross contaminated on site possession so extensive survey and clean up was required.

The Old Terminal Building had to be carefully severed from abutting, live public areas to minimise noise and disruption to other airport users, including construction of new external masonry walls.

The subject building was subsequently carefully deconstructed, removed from site and the area cleared and made safe for handover to the Client.
