Salisbury Office Centralisation - Enabling Works

Demolition of various structures including a 2-storey Victorian extension and a single storey Lean-to from a Grade II listed Georgian building. Additional demolition works also interfaced with a listed garden wall.

Works included asbestos removal, general soft stripping, salvage of brickwork and slates for re-use by our client, weather-protection to exposed facades, underpinning areas of retained listed structures, tree removal, pruning and protection, alterations/new civils to car park entrance and recycling facilities, site levelling and erection of timber hoardings.
