Asbestos Removal, Soft Strip and Structural Demolition of 12 storey reinforced concrete office building in central London.

Double basements bounded by underground railways, the sensitive and historical Holborn Viaduct and Victorian brick rail and services tunnels on all four sides necessitating carefully sequenced and sympathetic demolition below ground.

Project involved careful planning and liaison with TfL, Network Rail, adjoining tenants and Local Authorities.

Following successful demolition to lower ground floor level, this site was cleared, made safe and mothballed for the Client until such times as the site is redeveloped.
